Haeum Inc. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is designed to work primarily on your device: your study history and wrong-answer notes are stored locally and are never sent to our servers.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above. Payment card details are processed solely by Google Play and never reach the Company.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage.

Backup is entirely optional and happens only when you tap "Back up to Google Drive" in Settings. You choose the Google account; the data is written to the app-private appDataFolder of that account, which is visible only to this App and to you. The Company cannot read, access, or share this data. You can delete it at any time from your Google Drive settings (Manage Apps) or by uninstalling and revoking the App's access.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
The third-party services listed above may process data on servers located outside your country. By using the App you acknowledge such transfers, which are protected by each provider's safeguards. Users in the EEA/UK have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability with respect to their personal data; to exercise them, contact us at the address below or use the in-app controls described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page, and the effective date above will be revised.
